Just tell the CL attendant/personnel that you're redeeming any of the SMART freebies. Shout out to CL Karuhatan Branch staff- they're very friendly! You can exchange only 5 sachets per day per SMART number (more smart numbers the merrier!). You'll be asked to write down the names and mobile numbers of the recipients in a form. Three of us uses SMART-so my sis exchanged 15sachets that day. You'll receive this message on your phone:

Free text (SMART/TNT), not regular load. It's valid for five days. Go and exchange your empty cream silk sachets/tubes now! Redeemable until November 30 only. It pays to be practical nowadays:)
